Sue is an experienced educator who has always had an intense interest in nature and gardening. Over the years, she has done many landscape plans for home gardens, and strives to garden with nature using Integrated Pest Management Strategies, and plants to attract birds, butterflies and beneficial insects.
When she retired from teaching she was able to focus on her interest in horticulture and became a certified Master Gardener in 2011. Sue is currently on the Education Committee for the Master Gardeners of Ontario, working on the Reference Manual for Ontario Master Gardeners.
Her passion for gardening and her enthusiasm for educating and playing with PowerPoint have helped her evolve into a presenter of various gardening and nature topics.
